I am the Co-Artistic Director of Produced Moon, an interactive, digital theatre company working between Glasgow and London.

Produced Moon is co-run by theatre and 360 film director Leonie Rae Gasson and myself.

Leonie Rae is a Glasgow-based director making work across artforms including live performance, interactive installation, participation and virtual reality. She makes immersive, bold, playful work from a queer perspective.

As Produced Moon, Leonie Rae and I make games, adventures, experiences, performances and VR. Recent projects include:

WE ARE IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY: a 360 film which immerses the viewer in a wild world of angry young people fighting to keep nature alive, and find their voices in a world that tells them to shut up. WE ARE IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY was made in collaboration with a group of young artists at Platform Glasgow.

MANIFEST: a drag king flash mob, created in collaboration with choreographer Elsabet Yonas and drag king Thrustin’ Limbersnake (Lauren Steele) and a group of women and non-binary young people who identified as LGBTQI+ or an ally.

Produced Moon’s work centres the audience experience; we create worlds that audiences can inhabit and influence.

We make work in and for the digital age, this means both that our work is often made on or using technology, but also that our practice recognises the diverse ways that digital technologies shape the ways we understand stories, the ways we communicate, the ways we build communities, the ways we relate to each other.
